Sandy Gomez, MS.Ed, LMHC
As a psychotherapist, school counselor, learning specialist, and executive function coach with over twenty years of experience, my eclectic background informs my holistic approach to coaching and counseling. Sessions are individualized, collaborative, and interactive while providing a supportive and accepting environment for growth. I meet you where you are at now and help you progress toward your goals at a pace that is comfortable for you.
My clinical and teaching experience includes working in schools and agency settings. For the past eight years, I worked as a learning specialist for students with disabilities at Columbia University in which I provided executive function coaching, academic counseling, and learning support. I continue to work with Columbia students in my private practice, as well as university and professional students and adults in all stages of life. My clients feel safe, supported, and motivated by the work we do together, and I am committed to helping others recognize and cultivate their unique gifts.
