Coaching
Are you looking for a down-to-earth and nonjudgmental coach who can help reduce the stress, anxiety, and self-doubt that often accompany ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and/or learning differences while building your confidence and practical skills? Have you found that the "tried-and-true" strategies have not worked for you and are skeptical that anything will? Then, I can help.
My twenty years of eclectic experience as both an educator and counselor informs my client-centered, holistic, strengths-based, and sometimes outside-of-the-box approach. I work collaboratively with you to build on your existing strengths while helping you acquire new skills and apply novel strategies that improve your performance and well-being.
I offer supportive executive function and academic coaching sessions (or a combination of both), as well as optional accountability check-ins, to college students, professional students, and adults with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia, traumatic brain injuries, processing difficulties, mental health conditions, autoimmune diseases, hormonal changes, and other executive functioning or learning needs. I am passionate about my work and excited to help you meet your career, academic, and/or personal goals!
